Service Description

A session to discuss the various improvements and changes we can make to diet and consumption; to greatly improve neurological function, recovery, rest and digestion. Have a pen and paper handy! Also an opportunity to ask Jacob more questions about personal coaching, retreats and products. This service runs Tuesday to Thursday only.

Cancellation Policy

No refund for cancellations inside 24hrs of booking. 50% refund for cancellations in advance of 24hrs before booking
